Reporting to the Technical Director, assist in artistic interpretation and technical execution of productions. Also lead facilities operations reporting to the VP, Production, executing a $750,000 yearly operating budget across 100,000 sq. ft. of space.

Served as Stage Manager or Assistant Stage Manager on 13 productions over 5 seasons, working with artistic teams of 5 to 50 and technical crews of 10 to 100 on productions budgeted between $2–4,000,000.

Lead growth of the stage management department from a solo operation to supervising 2 direct reports. Rehearsed and executed 4 main stage shows per season with multiple performances, an annual fundraising gala raising over $100K, and ancillary events. Summers only.

Exhibited a proven track record of growth, executing productions with operational expenses starting at $150,000 and ending at companies with expenses over $20,000,000. Worked on 2 Grammy nominated opera recordings and 12 award winning productions.

Safely execute large scale concert, meeting, and event load in, show runs, and load out at major Twin Cities venues including US Bank Stadium, Target Center, Target Field, St. Paul River Center, and Grand Casino Arena.
